MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
1.Persons -who wants to be a member of fimkastore.com- should be wholebuyer.
2.Membership Application Form in fimkastore.com should be filled correctly.
PRODUCTS
1.All models that being sold in fimkastore.com are 1.Quality and approved brands. All models have change quarantee if they have faulty. (For more details please see 36. article)
2.All models are sold as series. The quantities of each series and the quantities of sizes in series are are shown in product details.
3.The content of the fabrics of each models can be seen in the details of model's. If you want more information about models please feel free to contact us.
4.All models in fimkastore.com are for only wholesale. We have no sales for retail market. All models are sold in series.
STOCK QUANTITIES
1.The stock quantities of models in fimkastore.com updated automatically. New arrived models in FIMKA stock shown automatically in web page on the other hand if a model is out of stock it will automatically delete. But because of the high quantity models and very fast updates, sometimes there can be some mistakes about system. If you order an out of stock model we will inform you immediately about this statement. We are not responsible to send you if this model out of stock. (Please see 24.article for detailed information about the payment of out of stock models)
SALES TERMS
All processes from ordering of product until delivery of product are defined in the field of Sales Terms that written in this page.
PAYMENT TYPES
1.The payments of order are cash and should be paid ex-works. According to demand we can accept LLC (Letter of Credit)
2.The payments of order can be trassferred as written below.
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Transfer with Western Union
- Payments directly pay in our store by customer or customer's represantative
- Payments via shipment agencies
PAYMENTS TRANSFERS BY USING CREDIT CARD
1.The software of http://www.fimkastore.com/ is secured for shopping with credit cards. Your credit card informations never keep in our records and deleted automatically from our system. Also we never share your credit card information with 3.part persons. For details please see our Privacy Policy.
2.The owner of credit card should be over than 18 years old and the user and owner -who has sent order to us- of the credit card should be member of fimkastore.com .
3.The process of cashing payment of order from your credit card will be done after understood acceptable credit card or not. The inquiry time about credit cards might be at latest 24 hours according to comminication speed between banks. We never send orders that tried to be paid by a stollen or lost credit and we will inform the bank of owner of credit card immediatly.
4.If we can not send order because of being out of stock we will inform the customer immediatly and we do not cash the the amount of unavailable product from your credit card.
PAYMENTS TRANSFERS WITH BANK
1.We will send you a Proforma Invoice includes our bank account information after you confirm your order. Customer should transfer the amount of order to this bank account within 3 days.
2.Orders will be canceled if the amount not transferred within 3 days.
3.Customer should send the swift message or any message about the transfer -given from bank- to us. This prevents a mistake about payment transfer.
4.If customer is a official company, it is mandatory to transfer the money from importer company's bank account to exporter company's (FIMKA) bank account. Other way we could not accept the payment because of accounting problems.
5.We have two alternatives about the payments of products that paid by bank transfer however if we could not send this models because of out of stock.
a-We can send point at issue money back to your bank account. In this case we will pay you all your expenditures like bank commissions.
b- We can add the balance in to your account and you can use this money for your future orders.But if the transfered amount more than actual amount of the order, we can apply only "Article 24/b"
PAYMENTS TRANSFERS WITH WESTERN UNION
1.After Western Union transfer done customer should send a message to us includes transfer number, (10 digits like 000-000-0000) sender's name surname and the transferred amount. Missing or not send Western Union transfer numbers will not be considered.
PRICING
1.The prices of all models in fimkastore.com are for wholesale. Not for retail market.
2.The pricing of all our models are made automatically by system and same with our store located in Laleli. The changings of the prices (discounts) can be seen automatically in our web site. But if the price of the model you have ordered to be different its actual price because of a system error when we detect this mistake we will contact with you as soon as possible and inform about the model's actual price. We are not responsible to send the model(s) you have ordered with wrong prices because if the technical errors.
3.All costs about customs, loading and shipment should be paid by customer and not included in the prices. We will inform the customer about all possible costs during the shipment.
4.Taxes not included in our price.
5.All models' prices are given as USD $ in fimkastore.com. If you want to pay the order amount as EURO we can exchange the amount by using Turkish Central Bank USD/EURO daily cross rates. To see the daily cross rates of USD/EURO please visit http://www.tcmb.gov.tr/ web address.
SHIPMENT TERMS
1.We responsible about the orders that send with our certified shipment agencies if one or more than one product lost or damaged. In this case we will pay the invoice amount of the lost product to customer. If one or more than one product damaged we will pay the invoice amount of model or change damaged model with new model (if we have) when we receive back the damaged model. In this case all bank commissions and shipment costs paid by FİMKA.
2.Customer also can demand to shipped her/his order by using her/his certified shipment agency or cargo. However in this case FIMKA is not responsible for the shipment agency that that directed by customer. So if any problem -like loosing or damaging etc- appear during the shipment, customer will responsible for the all costs and expenditures.
3.All costs about customs, loading and shipment should be paid by customer and not included in the prices. We will inform the customer about all possible costs during the shipment.
4.The customs cost is 140$ for your each order and should paid by customer. You do not have to pay any customs cost if your order's amount over 10.000 USD.
5.Automatically calculated amount of shipment cost is not definitely correct. This will help you to calculate your approximatly shipment costs. The costs of shipment can be more or less than the automatically calculation amount.
FAULTY ITEM?
All our models have guarantee to change if faulty. Within the context of FAULTY MODELS;
- Falulties due to wrong sewing
- Colour differences, lines etc. that is not exist on original fabric.
- Rips and tears that is not exist on original model. - Stained products.
- The models that sent incorrect (sent without customer confirmation) from FİMKA.

PREPARING AND SENT TIME OF ORDERS
Your order will be prepared at the latest 24 hours according to our work times. Confirmed and paid orders given to shipment agency or cargo at latest 12 hours. But this time period can exceed because of official holidays, christmas, temporarily problems about customs, bad weather conditions etc. If any problem appear about timing we will inform you.
