You can pay for the services provided via this website by different payment methods, including Cash, EFT, Western Union Money Transfer System and Credit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, etc. We assume that, while using the payment methods, you have certified and guaranteed that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you have provided (including but not limited to the credit card number, expiry date and security number) is true and valid.
Payment confirmations and non-confidential notices will be directed to the e-mail you have provided during your subscription registration process.
Your credit card information is never recorded on the Fimka Website. The payment is made through the screens which the Bank have sent to you and which are only visible by you, using high security SSL technology and the necessary certificate. During this process, Fimka is only notified of whether or not the payment has been received by the bank.
a. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
Your credit card payments are processed through SSL protected security software. Only you and the bank will be in contact during the payment process. Your credit card information will never be recorded by the SELLER.
While the SELLER endeavors to take all measures and exercises due diligence under technical developments to ensure the security of your credit card and personal information, you, in turn, should take due care in matters such as protecting password information, using anti-virus programs, not using shared computers and secure logging out from the website for the sake of the security of your credit card and personal information. The SELLER may not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by your own fault or neglect.
b. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:
Bank to Bank Wire transfer is sent directly from your bank to one of our accounts. We will inform you about our Bank Accounts via an e-mail from email@example.com
It is strongly recommended that you, after performing the transfer operation in the bank or through web banking, send us the swift copy of your sale by e-mail in order for us to easily check whether or not your funds have cleared in our account. This is our preferential system. However, it will also be sufficient for us if our customers who are unable to use this system write, “Fimkastore.com/ the name of our customer or of the store registered in the system” in the “comments” section and send it back to us.
Extra fees to be collected by the bank such as transfer and/or EFT fees, etc. are not included in the total sales price of the product and will be borne by the BUYER.
c. PAYMENT BY WESTERN UNION:
You can pay for your order very quickly by filling in the information on the “Money Transfer” form provided by the official at one of your nearest Western Union agents, showing your valid ID card and, after you are done with the money transfer, entering the 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) to be furnished to you by the official in the relevant field of the “Payment” screen at the www.fimkastore.com website. (Commission fees will be borne by the BUYER.)
d. PAYMENT by PAYPAL:
You can make secure online payments with a PAYPAL account to be created with your credit card.
If you want to Send money directly on www.paypal.com you should use firstname.lastname@example.org for seller's e-mail, then enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance.
When you click to the "PAY NOW" button under My Account Pages, My Orders Link on www.fimkastore.com, you can easly redirect to the FIMKA's PayPal Account, then enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
